Pasture Raised Chicken

Our chicken are raised outdoors on fresh grass with portable houses from May to October. We supplement their feed with a custom mix of locally purchased grains including corn, oats and soy beans. Birds are processed on-site and packaged and froze in BPA free shrink bags. We will contact you to arrange pickup a week before they are ready.

We require a $3 deposit per bird and $3.50/lb at pickup. Birds are usually between 4.5 and 5.5lbs at harvest but if you have a specific size preference you can select it below and we will do our best to accommodate.

Heritage Turkey

Our turkey are raised outdoors on fresh grass with portable houses from April to late October. In 2016, we are using a locally sourced heritage breed and hatching these eggs on our farm. We supplement their feed with a custom mix of locally purchased grains including corn, oats and soy beans.

We raise a very limited number of turkey and in the past they have sold out well before October. We require a $10 deposit per bird and $4.50/lb at pickup. Please select the size that works best for you, we will do our best to schedule the harvest to meet your size request.

Pasture Raised Pork

We raise our pigs outside in the woods and on pasture from May to October. We supplement their feed with a custom mix of locally purchased grains including corn, oats and soy beans.

Pigs will be processed and packaged at a certified facility, location to be determined. We require a $100 deposit to reserve a half pig and $150 for a full. Once your pig has been dropped off at the butcher we will require $2.50/lb by hanging weight and the butcher usually charges approximately $1.00/lb for processing and packaging (this will vary based on how you decide to have your pig processed). A full pig's hanging weight is between 140-210lbs. Once your meat is ready you will need to pick it up. Please read all the details at our Pork page before reserving.
